Calling Out Indian Makers

Do we have knifemakers from India? Where do you source your steels from? I have a hard time finding steels like 80CrV2, 52100 flat bars, O2, etc. I usually use leaf springs, old bearing races, old files (especially Taparia and JK files) and old chainsaw necks.
