We just finished watching a Japanese television program about maps, and one thing that was mentioned is that maps in Australia are not only centered, meaning that Australia is in the center, but also that it is inverted, like this:
There is enough strange stuff on Japanese television that I don't trust this, but would rather trust your word.
No doubt, such maps exist, because I was able to find the one above, but I am guessing that they're not that common.
