My caly 3.5 is still almost new and it's great but the pivot seems to be moving with the blade a little bit. It is moving actually. not coming unscrewed but just moving a little bit with the blade? Is there a problem? I don't want to mail it in I hate doing that. Ain't nobody got time for that!

Caly 3.5 pivot..... movement?

This is normal. The pivot itself has a flat face that aligns with a D-shaped hole in one of the liners. This prevents the pivot from turning when the screw is tightened. Sometimes the pivot has a little wiggle inside of that D-shaped cutout. I have a couple Benchmade knives that exhibit the same behavior. So long as there isn't too much blade play I wouldn't worry about it. Lockbacks often have a little up and down play. It's just inherent in the mechanism, so don't confuse it with that.
