Caly 3 comfort in XL hands?

Hey guys. I had a Caly 3.5 in Super Blue and I loved it. However I sold it. I am considering picking up a Caly 3 in Super Blue. I have XL hands though and my hammer grip is about 3.75" long. Just curious, for those of you with large hands that have the Caly 3. Is it comfortable?
 
I have medium hands and I find the 3.5 perfect, but the 3 just fills my hands. It may be a bit tight for you.
 
It is to me and I have big meat mittens. When not carrying my Manix2 for size reasons, the 3" super-blue has replaced all others for EDC. With the deep carry clip, it might earn it's way to all time favorite!
 
Both fit me well, but I have fairly small hands. What I can tell you is that, aside from the Caly 3's handle being exactly a quarter inch shorter than that of the 3.5, the shapes are so similar that it's hard for me to tell which one I have in my hand without looking at the knife.

It fits my hand very well but my hand is probably only slightly larger than average. You should really try one out for yourself, that is the only way to know for sure. The caly 3 is 4 inches long closed and my palm is a hair over 3.5 inches across.
