For those who have them, how does it perform?
* Slicing
* Cutting soft pine
* Ease of sharpening
Now, I'm not speaking of endurance testing, just casual EDC use.
 
Just got mine Friday and I'll give a thumbs up to the first two. It's a fantastic little EDC. Don't know about sharpening yet and it's my 2nd HAP40 blade (haven't sharpened the Meerkat yet either).
 
It's great at all 3! In my experience HAP40 sharpens up about like Cruwear, it really is a joy and pretty easy to sharpen. I like to keep mine nice and toothy.
