Caly3 G10 vs. Native IV CF?

I recently purchased a Caly3 G10 that I absolutely love.
I purchased the G10 version over the CF version mostly because of looks. I like G-10 a lot and I've never been much of a fan of CF because of its overuse in the automotive industry and I particularly didn't want a knife with CF scales.
I was also kind of intimidated by having to possibly sharpen ZDP-189 at some point so for all intent purposes the VG-10 Caly3 was fine for me (and it was a little cheaper too).
But once my Caly3 actually arrived in the mail and I saw how small and refined it looked I started thinking a knife this size with CF scales wouldn't be all that bad..
Prior to purchasing my Caly3 I juggled with buying the CF version and with buying a Sage CF. I didn't go with the Sage despite the cool TEXTURED CF (that I liked a lot) and its open design and rivets. I decided I really just wanted the Caly3 because of the reviews, because of the lock and because it was made in Japan. So basically the Sage CF is not a consideration of mine at this point.
So enter the Native IV CF. I've been looking at one of these because 1.) it has rivets which I miss on the Caly3 and 2.) its an actual Seki City Spyderco.
So for those that own both the Caly3 and Native CF what are your thoughts on both?

The maker of the Caly 3 who stamps the blade "Japan" without Seki City may well be located in Seki City...I don't know. But I can tell you, in my opinion, this maker produces knives with superior fit to the maker stamping the blades "Seki City."
Also the Caly 3 is rivet construction except for the pivot. Same as the Native 4 Carbon Fiber.

Thats interesting about the fit of the Caly3 comparerd to Seki City models.
And I know the Caly3 is riveted because I own one but the scales on the Native CF are riveted to the liners in all the photos I've seen of it online.

The Native 4 has screws, and can be taken apart. The CF is very smooth, not textured like on the Sage. It's not real slippery, but not grippy either.

The maker of the Caly 3 is located in Seki City. They opted for the "Japan" marking to distinguish themselves from the local competition. IMO, they are the best of Spyderco's Japanese makers, quality wise. All the makers produce excellent quality knives, though.

The Caly 3 is hard to beat, but the Native 4 is also very nice.

I did a little more research today on the N4 and the Spyderhole on the blade is offset from the choil on the scales (best way I know how to describe it). This seems kind of silly to me because it would make the knife a little harder to open.
I saw this in a great photo review of the Sage vs. Native on the Spyderco forums.

I love both of these knives. I EDC Caly3 for more than three year and absolutely love it. I carried Native4 on weekends for about six months, sold it, when I needed some cash, still sorry about it. Spyderhole is partially closed on all Natives, but this never was an issue for me. Both: Caly3 and Native are great knives with great egos.

Moki is the maker of the Caly 3 (and the Persian), among other models. Moki, in my opinion, is a cut above the rest of the makers in Seki City, not buy much, but I definitely notice it.

BTW, Roman, how is that Caly 3 I sold you holding up?

I believe it is all right. I bought it as backup, but my son needed knife so I gave it him. It cannot be any complains. It is one of the best. Probably he doesn't use it much. But if he will need it, he has the best.
Spydercos made by Moki among my favorites: Caly3, Kopas, Persians. IIRC, Sal mentioned once that maker of Native4 is one man company, so it explain why quality is close to custom.
