Calypso Jr. Blade Steel?

What blade steel is the Calypso Jr. II(stainles steel handles) made from? Thanks in advance.

I think it's AUS-8 for the Micarta handled Calypso Jr., AUS-10 for the SS Calypso Jr. 2 and VG-10 for the Calypso Jr. Lightweight. It was my original thought that the Lightweight and Micarta/AUS-8 were both discontinued and the SS version was still available, but i've just checked out Spyderco's website and none of them are listed.

as per the knife in my pocket, the Calypso Jr. Micarta is AUS-8.

Micarta handle AUS-8, Zytel handle VG-10.

The steel-handled Calypso Jr. had a hollow-ground blade of AUS-8.

Thanks for all the replies...If it's hollow ground AUS-8, then why does it cost $15 more than a Delica II(1SKS's price)??

AUS-8 (Calypso II) is a more expensive steel than AUS-6 (Delica II).
