I need help identifying this knife. I have looked everywhere and cant seem to find it on-line. It is stamped with CAMCO MADE IN USA. Someone told me it was a filet knife but doesnt seem like one to me. Thank You for any help.

The blade is 5" long fixed and has a small v at front and small serated teeth. The camillus handle is 3.75" long.

Can someone tell me how to post the picture? Thx

Bob

Happy 4th to everyone! I'm thinking of the Camco fisherman's series of knives.
Does your knife have a double guard?
Does the top guard have a small tab punched thru it that points back towards the blade?
On the bottom of the blade at the ricasso is there a small circular notch?

If you've said yes to all of the above than I'd say that's your knife.

Scroll a little more than half way down and you will see an image of the knife I’m talking about.

I don't think Registered User can use this site to post pictures. I think they have to use another site to host there pictures.

No it wasn't that one and none of them in that catalog

Sorry I wasn't any help. But you've come to the right place. Sooner or later the mystery will be solved. My relatives tell me I'm not qualified for a smart phone.:D

The company made a couple different models of a knife you sorta describe, branded both 'Camillus' and 'Camco'. 8 3/4 inch total, with a ivory plastic handle. Some were bartender knives, some were little sheath knives. Either one of these close?

Yes, do note our forums rules. I don't think I am out of line by suggesting you visit the major on-line auction site.
