Camden NJ laws and a question about NYC

Got a four day weekend starting tomorrow. Wife wants to do something and mentioned either driving to NYC and walking around for the day, or Camden NJ to the aquarium. So what are the Camden knife laws? Can I carry? To be honest I probably will anyways since that's supposed to be a dangerous city. And as far as NYC goes, should I carry? Now as far as folders go I have 2 a Vic farmer and a 0550, so I'd hate yo lose a $200 knife to confiscation and was thinking of carrying a bk14. First is a fixed carry legal? If so is a back pocket carry with the handle sticking out OK? Or should I do a necker carry under my shirt? Or should I just stay in good old Pennsylvania where they don't give a crap what you got just don't conceal it.

I thought Camden didn't have any police!
I always take a SAK when I go to the aquarium in Camden with no problem, but I prefer to stay across the bridge in Philly, where my knife can stay next to my Glock

A SAK is fine in NJ. I carry a Farmer myself. I carry a couple of larger knives too but that's not a great idea for a tourist.

NYC. Fixed or folding, under 4" MUST be completely concealed, no clip showing, no printing through clothes.
No knife considered aggressive, which could include any fixed blade -- depends on the officer.
Locking folders will get classified as gravity knives, don't ask why, just don't carry them.

You should be ok in Camden, btw you're probably 100% fine near the aquarium. Just don't get lost, gets real shady real fast. Just stick to popular spots, have been there many many times for concerts, always been ok. I would't let it interfere with your day.
