Thanks Mikre. At those prices, it doesn't make sense to cut and grind my own. They have some big slabs too.

IG, I haven't ordered from them. I think it was Wildrose I found that link for. Ask him.
 
I got mine from Pops - he was cheaper and I could get a hold of him. Tried calling the other place several times in a day and never did get an answer.

Other's mileage may vary......


BTW - the stuff I got from Pop was nice but in regular size knife slabs and they had some rough "innards" so....

Peter another option - Buffalo aka Bison Bones - these are BIG critters and the bones are usually thick and hefty - the top link has shoulder blades for sale and the second has jawbones - should be worth a call to them anyway.
