Well, I dont have any experience with the "Hump" but I do use a BHI raptor pack and a spec-ops daypack when out in the field. I have found that when attached to a LBV they do not ride or wear very well when loaded. I find its just easier to lengthen out the pack straps and wear them over the LBV. A couple of my Jr NCOs have CamelBak Mules & Hawgs and they seem to work well but these are faily small packs. What I do is use the raptor with my complete Camelbak (bladder & carrier) inside the pack and wear it over my LBV. When we get to the AA I attach the CB to my LBV, ground the pack and put anything else I need in a butt pack.
