Bought this because I noticed it on sale at SKDTac for $115 USD and it was shipped to the UK, where it arrived three days later.

Upon initial inspection the bag is well made and feels solid. The material is slightly less rigid than that of MaxPedition but it feels the same as my Eagle A III. Its capacity
Liquid: 25 oz. (.75 L)
Cargo: 2238 cu. in. (36.7L) and has a padded laptop sleeve.

Hydration is on the side. Instead of an integrated hydration reservoir, it includes a 75 L. CamelBak bottle in a special insulated pocket on the side of the pack. You could, however, carry a bladder in the padded laptop pocket but it gives you no hanger.

Multiple storage pockets inside. The large, main compartment is big enough to carry a change of clothes and plenty of books and papers. The laptop computer pocket and several large, zipped mesh and elastic-topped nylon pockets can hold peripherals, cables, external drives, removable media, and paper files, plenty of pens, pencils and the like… Special divided organizers and zipped pockets make it idea for organising admin gear and electronics.

Even more outside. In addition to the bottle pockets, (which could also carry pretty much anything) fast-access pockets are designed for iPod,and the like, very good for things you need to grab in a hurry, I plan on loading a small booboo kit into one side. You can attach additional junk to the MOLLE on the front and there is not so much of it that you are encouraged to fill all the space (and ergo carry too much). There is also velcro on the front for flags and cool guy patches.

Dimensions: 20" L x 11" W x 7" H
Volume: Cargo Only- 2238 cu. in. (36.7 L), Total- 2284 cu in (37.4 L)
Weight: Empty reservoir- 3.19 lbs, Filled reservoir- 4.84 lbs

It also comes with a .75L CamelBak bottle. The side pockets will hold it with ease and will also take a 32oz nalgene bottle.

The shoulder straps are curved to make it more contoured to your body and it feels comfortable to wear. I have bought this for both work and use on an upcoming deployment. I can't understand why I've not seen more about this bag on any of the sites I am a member of. I will keep this review updated as I go along with it. I wore it when I was walking the dogs and it was really comfortable and stable, it doesn't have a waist belt but I don't feel it needs one.

So far I would say this bag is one that is worth looking into.

Looks like a great pack. i like those full sized side pockets, most packs have puny little mesh ones on the sides. I also find the pockets meant for pens etc. to be great places for field gear. Nice pics.

Nice pack.

I was wondering why you picked multicam? It is usually more expensive than other patterns/colors, why I don't know...

Multicam better fits in with my AO and it's what the company issue uniform wise.

Hey, good looking pack. I am in the market for a new pack, will look this up. Thanks.

I believe Multicam is in shorter supply as well (maybe that is part of Crye's marketing though).

Hey wow, that is a good looking pack! I'm a big fan of the dual built-in bottle holders, 37L capacity, and the secondary (laptop) compartment. I didn't even know this pack existed...I might had held off on the maxped Falcon-II and checked this one out first if I had known. Great review and pics, thanks!

That is a sweet pack. I like all the organization features. Camelbak is really going after the EDC market.
