Camellia Oil?

I have been using Camellia oil on my 01 blades for a little while and it seems to do the trick in terms of preventing rust and weathering.

I heard that the Japanese used this on their high carbon blades for years so I decided to give it a spin.

I ordered a two ounce bottle (it is used as an anti aging oil as well) on the bay and paid about 8 dollars shipped. One drop does the whole blade and then some.

Anyone else use this?

I've been looking for some for a while now. For some reason I never considered buying it off the web. *shrug* I use mineral oil right now.

I've been using it on all of my knives and woodworking tools for the last ten years or so.
