camillus/becker BK2

I have a Camillus BK2 which I inherited from my father. I don't really know the vintage. It has a black leather sheath. Does anyone know if the BK2 was issued or optional with a leather sheath? I'm not sure whether this is an original or whether my father had it made.

No Camillus made Beckers came with a leather sheath.
