Man Tomar's ships FAST! These scales weren't scheduled to be here until two days from now :thumbup:

That's no odd lighting effect. Those scales really are green.
 
weird, do the scales overhang the plunge? those must be camillus blades.
 
Must be the angle I took the pic. The end of the scales do not overhang on the BK-7 at all, but they do on the BK-9HH. Not by much though; maybe about half a millimeter.

aaand yes they are Cam Blades per the title...lol snark snark
 
I'd prefer the brown but... meh... maybe they were meant to be green? These two are the more "military" Beckers after all.
 
OK The 9HH is speaking a lot more to me since I put micarta on it. This might be my apocalypse knife.
 
Those look almost sand color to me. I bought a pair a couple of years ago and they were dark brown.
 
That 9HH is a beautiful thing. Love it.

Those green micarta scales make me, err, green with envy. :D

The scales on my BK-5 and BK-11 are definitely brown. These are definitely green. They were like a pale lime green fresh out of the bag and became a sort of olive drab green after being handled a bit.
