Newbe on the forum, hi people,

Just purchased new bk10 and bk7, i agree with all that out of the box razor sharp, sliced through hairs on arm (thankfully no further ie: cuts). BK10 could do with stream lining a bit but both knives are fantastic. Out teaching youngsters at the weekend and can't wait to teach them shelter building etc.
They will get a workout and will post pics asap.

Welcome badger25!

Congrats on the Beckers. I have only one. A BK71. The finish is well worn and it looks like its been stuck in the ugly tree but it performs like new.

You'll have a great time with those knives. Keep us posted.

Hi Blue sky, the reason that i mentioned about the streamlining is that the knife is quite short compared with the bk7 and the bk9 just think that for smaller woodworking it could be slightly thinner in the blade thickness, or is it that im too used to using henckles cooking knives and have not been out in the "boonies" for a while.

Got it, thanks. A thinner profile might not be a bad idea for the 10.

(BTW, welcome to BF!)
