Yay! Gotta love a package on Friday!
Picked this up for a very reasonable price. The listing was worded funky and either it went unnoticed or folks just don't like it. Either way, I couldn't pass it up!
Anyhoo...on to the Blade! I read through the database and got a tiny bit of info. I'll admit that I have not searched the forums as of yet and will be happy to do so for further info, but, I'm kinda hoping folks will chime in here just for the sake of discussion. Thanks in advance and here's some eye candy! My lighting sucks and I apologize.

I didn't snap any before pics, it arrived grungy, dusty, and dirty with a few spots of very light rust. As if it had sat on a shelf in a garage or something and was just tossed in the envelope lol. A bit of mineral oil and a rag and she cleaned right up nicely! Even the rust wiped right off.

You can see the tiny patina spot on the far right serration where a dot of rust wiped away, that was really about all.

Talk about full tang!

Theres definite signs of handling on the sheath and light scratches from the sheath but its never been sharpened and no apparent scratches around the edge from cutting or chopping. Not sure what I'll do with it more than look at it lol. Might just hang onto it until the next gathering and maybe a collector will have more use for it. It is interesting to handle though since I've only seen one in pics. I'm just not much for serrations.

The database states this was mil spec? If anyone can elaborate that'd be great!
Thanks for looking!
