I did a search on the Hog Hunters, but couldn't find the info I needed. My question is quite simple: How many did Camillus actually produce? I don't need the number to make my BK9HH a safe queen, I just wanna tell it how many brothers and sisters it has. ;)
Any info is welcome!

Try posting over in Camillus Collectors too. With Camillus gone, it's not that likely you'll get numbers unless Ethan or Phil happen to know.

I have one as well, but I realize it's not that hard to make a HH with a file and sharpening stone.

I done that to one of my Cam 9's and one of my Cam 7's. Something possessed me to do it, I guess back in my "combat knife" era. Sheesh, what a mall ninja I was, I still think Becker/Kabar should come out with some shurikens. Maybe I can make one using 4 Remoras:confused:

LOL, naw, never a mall ninja, I was a Strip Mall Ninja.

I liked having the sharpened swedge, but it always tore up my batons, and those things are hard to come by:eek::D

Just a little shifo for ya'll, baton is a french word, it means "last piece of wood to put on the fire after the weekend campout is done".

Be cool, I will see what I can find out.

Have one too. Got it 4 years ago, never used and has seen the light of day maybe 4 times for a few minutes each time. Not a safe queen... just waiting for the day I can give it to my boy.

Hey Morales.....

I will ask Phil Gibbs........I should know but, Camillus production and sales numbers were shrouded in secrecy.....Having said that...Not many, I think....

All Best....

I'll bet that was handy when it came to paying designers. :p

they actually PAID them? geez? who made that mistake?

i would be surprised if they made more than a few hundred and less than a thousand.

never got one myself, didn't seem like an interesting enough variant to pay a premium for :>

now, the warrior ;) that was worth going after ;> both times :) shame about the second one though.

Paid for a 9 and got the 9HH by mistake from the seller. Guess I got lucky that day. That doesn't happen too often. :D

I wonder if that dude is still fleaBaying. He was a real piece of work.

Thanks for the info, I like this place so much for a reason...:D
I post some pics if I can find them or just make new ones.
