I got this this on that auction site a while ago and Phil Gibbs was kind enough to tell me a bit about it. Apparently this was a Rob Simonich design " parasite knife" that Camillus had made for them in Taiwan.
At first I wasn't too keen on the country of origin but I have gotten over that now. This is a very nice knife and the grinds on both blades are exceptional. It would be easy to clean after dressing out a deer and the caper knife is really a useful blade in itself. I wouldn't mind buying another like it but I haven't seen one on auction.
