SPF to JTR357 - Apologize for taking so long to respond, I got an Izula bite yesterday that took a couple stitches! 
I got this Camillus boot knife probably 10 years ago, have played with it a bit around the house, but it's never seen use. I got this back before I was really in to knives, so I don't have much additional info on it. Marked "Camillus N.Y. U.S.A."
Knife is again in unused condition. Factory edge. Very faint finish wear at center of blade from light sheath friction. Sheath is thin kydex, with IWB loop and steel clip that can be switched to carry upright or upside down.
