Actually the Camillus Collectors Club produced at least three, possibly four or more (I can't remember for certain), newsletters and two club knives. The first one was a large trapper with a bone handle, which I purchased, and the second was a large barlow....

I need to find copies (high quality scans are good) of the newsletters, forms, anything pertaining to the club and membership. Also, some good pictures of the two club knives, with permission to post the same on the Camillus Collector's Archive site being constructed. Anyone care to help? You may email me through my profile.

PS- Also a reminder that factory photos, catalogs, brochures, flyers, and pictures of individual knives in collections will be needed!

Yes, these are the e-newsletters from the web site. I was under the distinct impression that the club newsletter was different, a mailed hard copy.

The printed newsletters were different. Unfortunately, I don't seem to have kept my copies. Sorry. I still have the folder, my membership card, one Camillus catalog (I don't know which year and it doesn't seem to state the year anywhere) and a ball cap. Also, the charter year knife and the member knife that I have already posted pictures of.

Edited to note that I just noticed that I wrote the year that I received the catalog on it. 2004.

Send me a scan of the folder and membership card please? Anyone have the picture of the hat? Link to the picture of the club knife and permission to use on the collector site?

Thanks! I can photoshop the membership card blank. Anyone else who would like to contribute to the upcoming archive site, please contact me.

I purchased this wonderful knife on ebay. This is a really GREAT Barlow - opened length 8-15/16" :) !

I have two questions to the experts:
How many of these knives were produced?
What a steel of blade?

Vit_213,
There were 60 knives made for the first Camillus Collector's Club offering. That knife was the large two blade trapper and the knife came in a wooden box with a hinged top. I think the top was lazer engraved "CamilluS" and "Quality Knives Since 1876". The photo above shows the second knife offered by the Camillus Collector's Club which was the large Daddy Barlow (#599 pattern?). I do not remember how many were made. I think a third knife was also offered to Junior Members. I have 4 or 5 of the first knife and 1 of the second knife.
I have a large amount of information from the Camillus Collector's Club. Memberships were offered two ways: either on an annual basis or lifetime.
RickR would have the most information about the Camillus Collector's Club.

Camillus Collector's Club I bet. Same pattern as my beloved Sears 100th anniversary knife.

Of course you're right. I am surprised by the same numbers.

By the way, both these knives (and Sears 100th anniversary knife too) it is a #5754 pattern.
