Greetings, Does anyone know the value of the Camillus Riders of the Silver scrrenn Dal Evans and Roy Rogers. They are unsharpened, but have an x ground over the name Camillus. Thanks
 
Greetings, My Grandfather left me in his estate two Riders of the Silver Screen a Roy Rogers and a Dale Evans. They look in good shape except for a big x ground into the Camillus name on the blade. Does anyone know thier value or anything about them? Thanks

I've seen these go for as little as $20 for used ones and $100+ for unused ones that someone wanted really bad. Your best bet is to check ebay sales and note the pricing on similar pieces. IIRC, the X thru camillus would mean that these were/are factory 2nds that were not saleable because of some cosmetic or mechanical defect.
