Camillus Collectsble Knock-offs?

I am seeing on-line offerings that look like the Camillus licensed version of the Darral Ralph designed Madd Maxx folding dagger, marketed as "Cuda Maxx" by Camillus, but with a blade in D2. . . . .but now what I am seeing them offered as NIB/mint with a different color box (red-orange) and with different graphics. I am assuming that this is a knock-off from somewhere on the Pacific Rim.

One seller I contacted essentially shrugged and said it was roman estate (really?)

Anyone know what is what with this?
 
OOPS . . .I posted a thread on this already and had a senior brain burp this AM . . .sorry.
 
Old age, fat fingers, a genetic defect related to spelling and best corrected vision at 20:150 all contributed to that typo.

While on that topic: Aq priest, a minister and a rabbit all go in to a bar. The rabbit says, "Wait, I must be a typo!"
