Camillus Commemorate USMC Fighting Knife

I have a USMC fighting knife that I'm trying to figure out the value of. It is a limited addition USMC Fighting knife in a presentation case. The Knife has the flag raising on Iwo Jima and all of the pacific campaigns inscribed on it. THe presentation tag says

"Camillus Cutlery Company commemorates the United States Marine Corps"
1942 -1992 1 Of 2000

I had an opportunity to purchase a similar knife recently in new condition and the asking price was $ 125 which seems reasonable for a commenorative. Both gun and knife commemoratives seem to barely hold their original purchase price until they become quite rare.
