Just got this one recently and love the knife, but not as crazy about the serrations as I thought I'd be. Like new, no box no papers. I've carried it a couple of times and have adjusted the pivot so that it will flick out, when I got it it was pretty tight, forget what size torx it uses, but I have it and can provide the info or can tune it to your specs before shipping.
