I have wanted a CUDA Maxx Stiletto style blade every since I first saw one but I am waiting for one with a partially serrated blade.

Is Camillus ever going to make such a tool or do I need to find some custom maker who will serrate the blade for me?

Personally I prefer my edges plain. I found that for most folders, the serrations is kinda in the way.
I'm curious as to why do you need them partially serrated?

I am an avid collector of many things and whatever knife I carry gets a lot of use cutting/sawing through heavy boxes and tape and the serrated edge stays sharper longer and slices/saws through heavy triple ply cardboard much easer than a plain edged blade. I won’t even bother carrying a knife that doesn’t have a 2-2-½” of serrated edge.

The CUDA MAXX Bowie is available with a partially serrated blade and most the knives made by Camillus and its competitors are available with both plain and partially serrated blades and for one very good reason. In many mediums a serrated edge cuts with less effort and stays sharper longer than a plain edge.
