Camillus Customer Service is real Good.

Got my ROBO Dominator back. It was sent to Camillus due to uncentered blade. Now the problem is fixed and the action is smoother than ever. Really appreciate all the kind attention. Camillus CS is just great.
 
You posted that you were sending your knife back 3 months ago and you just got it back. You call that good service!!!!

I sent mine back over two months ago. I have called several times. I called today and it appears that the service people have sent it to shipping and I was told that it would go out tomorrow or Monday.

We will see if the problems are fixed...... hard to open, loose blade both horizontally and vertically when open, and blade way off-center when closed. Any of this sound familiar?

Anyway, I guess if you think a 3 month turn-around is good service we just have different expectations.
 
Well...

1. Consider the time that it had to fly from Thailand to the US back & forth (not counting snail mail system...yes, we have lots of that here too) .
2. Consider the amount of work that CS was handling.
3. CS didn't even charge me for postage to have it ship back.
4. The knife is now perfoming as it should be without any sluggish.
5. Comminication had been kept at all time thru email.

Just wish that yours caomes back in perfect shape.
