hi all,

i bought a second Dominator that had the heads srtipped quite badly and was not happy about it, so i contacted CamillusColClub and arranged for a couple of the smaller torx screws to be sent out. unfortunately, the 1st package got lost from Camillus to my place... still not sure where it went. i contacted CamillusColClub again and he graciously sent out a second package which did arrive! not only did i receive the two screws i requested, i received extra screws and spacers! EXCELLENT customer service! thanks again CamillusColCub!

Agreed. They surprised me recently when, in response to an e-mail requesing the specs on the handle screws used in the Talon fixed blade knives (I planned to refinsh a used 145CM version), I received a whole set in the mail.

my appreciation to Maureen Sullivan for her help in a part I need for my talonite EDC. This is a great knife and sorry to find out being disconued. Anyway, I have two on hand and should have them for life. Great customer service!!

I agree Camillus does have excellent customer service! Great company.

Unlike some manufacturers. Camillus is not too finicky about sending out parts for their products. Some repairs are very easily made by owners and satisfaction of repairing it themselves.
