I can't say enough about these people. About a week ago I stated that I lost a screw from the handle of my BK9 and camillus was taking care of it. What I didn't tell you is that I just recently moved from VA to CA. I still use the same cell phone number so my area code is in VA. Well when the customer service rep called to get my mailing address, she called at like 5:30 am or something like that because she appropriately thought I was on the east coast. Not a big deal, I would have been getting out of bed in about 15 min. anyway. But she apologized for calling so early, even though she was trying to help me out, she had used a zip code identifier to find out that the phone number I gave was from VA, and she was not charging me for the screws. I told her it was no big deal and I thought that was the end of it. The other day I received the screws for my BK9 along with a deck of playing cards, a bandana, and a hand writen note of apology. Here's a company that takes care of it's customer.
