Does anyone know if this was a yearly publication? I have 1951 and 1952, so I presume it was yearly.
And for how many years was it published?

I have several copies of the Camillus Digest. I know that they were written by Alfred Lief and were printed from 1951 through 1953. I do not know if they were printed before or after these dates.

The 1951 issue contains a reprint of the letter that Adolph Kastor wrote to his son, Alfred, when he was going on the road to sell knives. 1951 was the 75th anniversary of Camillus Cutlery Co. (formerly A. Kastor & Sons).

Dear Albert:

Thank you very much for your good letter of June 13, and I hope that both you and Helene as well as your daughter and son-in-law enjoyed the party that my wife and I gave for John.

Thanks for the memento that you were kind enough to mail me and which contained a letter from my father and as I read this letter over, its contents are just as true today as they were in 1910, maybe more so. I thought you would be interested to know that this letter was used as part of the back cover of the Camillus Digest which we published in 1951 on the occasion of our 75th Anniversary.

Please tell Aunt Addie I was very happy to receive her letter and particularly to notice her firm handwriting and I appreciate her kind thought of me and will write her in the near future.

With kind regards to you, Helene, and Aunt Addie, I am,

ALFRED B. KASTOR
