What do you guys think about this knife?

Pros:

-S30V
-Ti handles
-Strong looking frame lock
-Cool Tanto style blade

Cons:

?

Can anyone with personal experience tell me about this knife?

Thanks.

I have one as my primary EDC right now. I am very pleased. I don't generally like tanto blades but, I really like the shape of this one. At this time, I don't have anything on the negative side that is all that major. I would like to see them use bronze instead of teflon. I already corrected that. I would like to see them use the deep pocket clip on the Dominators. I already corrected that. I would also likt to see a manual option for this knife. I am not a big fan of autos or AOs. I am in the process of setting it up to be a manual or AO. Similar to what can be done with the HEAT.

Overall I would rate this as an excellent folder that seems to be flying under everyones radar. I think it deserves a lot more attention than it gets.

Oh, I forgot about that. That would be the major downside for me, too. I'm not a big fan of AOs..

I thought AG russell sold one without the assist. Maybe not in the tanto though. If you do a search, the dominator had a lot of attention when it first came out. It's a really cool knife that is worth every penny.

AG Russell doesn't have the tanto in manual. Converting one to manual can be done two ways. Remove the spring or set a screw in the frame to keep the spring from moving.

It did get quite a bit of attention upon release. However, you don't see a lot about it on the forums anymore. Not that that is an indication of popularity. I know Camillus is having a bit of a challenge keeping up production to meet demand.
