Camillus EDC Cuda Old Glory?

Just received a Camillus Cuda EDC from an ebay auction. I do not find this model with the flag motif handle in the catalogs of Camillus that are on the web. Anyone know what years this was produced and if this is 400 grade steel or the ATS-34?
