I looked at the site before starting the thread and none of my questions are answered there so far as I can see.

Marking not illustrated in that thread. The "CO" is as if they were tha last two letters of "Cutlery" - not the slightest gap. "C" in "CAMILLUS" over gap between "C" and "U" in "CUTLERY." "U.S.A." not visible when knife open -- only when at half stop.
