None of my local stores have either so I cant see one in person. So right now I carry my CRKT M16 AUS 118 daily and have for 2 years. I love it but I think I need to send it to CRKT to have it looked at. I have beat the hell out of it and its getting really loose. I would like to have another but all I see is soft steel CRKT M16's now. Anyway the camillus heat and buck sirus both look promising. I like the fact the camillus doesnt have a safety switch to mess with but is the steel in the blade decent? ATS34 on the buck should be pretty darn good but is it? Decisions decisions. Anyone played with both and have some suggestions so I can order today?
TIA

I have a few heats and all the Bucks that are AOs. If I could only keep one it would be the Heat. The bucks are good, but for my taste the heat is a bit better.......

I just got my heat this morning. I like it. Its a little smaller than I thought it would be. I was thinking it would be the same size as my M16 its quite a bit smaller. Can you upgrade the springs in these to a stronger one like you can get on knifekits? It is quick but I expected it to be a little snappier. Overall very pleased. Handle feels good in my hand and it has a pretty good lockup.

Are you comparing it an M16-14? The Heat is what. 3.6 in blade? It felt bigger and more solid than the M16-13 in my hands.

yeah M16-14 is what I am comparing it to. I just didnt estimate the size in my head right when I was picturing its size.
