I like knives. I like all kinds of knives. As an Executive Chef I work with knives. I like Peanuts and Stockman's, Gunstock's and SAK's. I like Buck's, GEC's, Case and Queen. I also like large Camillus Lockbacks

I like anything Camillus. I'll add a pic of a large lockback with slim rubber handles when I get to my camera.

Here it is, with a Buck 110 for scale. I had a Camillus double lock-back large trapper, but I put it away somewhere safe and haven't seen it in years.
