I know this is a kabar forum, but i know there are people in the know here. Father just sent me a Camillus Navy mk2 knife w/o scabbard/sheath. Just trying to find out apx year and what type of sheath it was originaly issued with. Heres the knife info. It looks unissued, blade has never been sharpened, and is blued along with the pommel. Has WW2 markings Camillus ny on one side and U.S.N over MARK 2 on the other side. Forgot to add blade marked. Pommel is pinned. I'm guessing hard scabbard. My other WW2 Camillus knife is also blued, but blade marked Camillus NY on one side and USN only on the other side. Should also mention it has the pommel retained by a threaded nut, and has a leather sheath. Thanks for any info Lawrence
