I checked with Ranger1 prior to posting and he's all set already :)

Back to the top, had a trade offer but sorry no trades on this and
price is firm, this is out of production since 2002, serial numbered 230
thanks,

If any of you folks don't already know, Gary is GREAT to deal with, be it sales like this or for custom sheaths.

And as for this Camillus knife, they're fantastic! I know... I have 3 :) Given that they're out of production, if you've ever considered one you ought to jump on this offering from Gary!!!!

Never to be forgotten: James Mattis, Walt "Doc" Welch, Rob Simonich

The above pic shows the curly maple, desert ironwood, and the bubinga from left to right. I already have the bubinga and it's outstanding. Good price on a great knife.

...And I bought the maple version... This is a very "live" feeling blade. The flat grind is exceptionally well done and the balance is just...right. I love mine.

Enjoy life.

Thanks Bob, good to 'see' you here :)
and thanks to Slatts and Ranger1, it is a very nice bowie...

Great knives - I have the identical maple model - sweet as... but its too nice to use!!
That price is a great deal - wish it was ironwood and then I'd buy it! :D

It's more likely that the far right knife is the Amboynas version, rather than one of the Bubinga models from A.G. Russell. At least, it looks more like the one I have in Amboynas than it does the Bubinga version I have. I could be wrong, though. :)

I apologize for interfering with your ad, Gary.

You're not Charlie :) It is in fact Amboyna :)

Too nice to use? Well if I didn't have so many working knives, mine would see field use. But.... well here they are:

Gary,

I was in your neck of the woods in early July but had to beat feet back so I didn't want to call knowing I couldn't stop by. One of these days though! BTW I figure these posts act as BUMPS for ya too!
