So I got my cm 154 edc, and had some blade play. I put up a post here and got some good advice. Then Will Fennel of Camillus puts a post up to call me on the phone. I talked to him on the phone, problem diagnoses and solved. Not only is the knive solid in every way, but the company needs serious Cudos!!!
I have found customer service lacking in all areas of commerce, and I am so pleased that that is not the case here.
I will buy another knife from Camillus soon!!!
Thanks to everyone here, and Thanks again to Will Fennel. Josh

Yes, "CUDAS" to Camillus!!

Great knives, great service!! I have several Camillus knives, and just got my Arclite yesterday. Talonite blades, Simonich and D. Ralph collaborations...keep close watch on these guys, I'm sure there's lots more great things to come.

Welcome home newknifeguy. Camillus is a company to keep your eye on in the future. They are really starting to lead the market in high tech affordable cutlery. Where else are you gonna get custom designed, limited edition, premium steel, frame lock, for around $70?

The first knife was probably used to cut stuff.

yeah, i gotta say, every time i've seen someone have any problems with an edc Will Fennel is there in less than 10 minutes offering to call and diagnose the problem himself. I would not hesitate to buy a knife from Camillus just because i know if i have any problems with it they have great customer service.

Ditto on all the above. The 154 EDC is a real neat knife with much more effective blade-usable edge than would be expected from a smaller knife.

Since mine were all in perfect condition, I cannot relate to the factory service, but it is refreshing to know that it's there if needed.
