Hi Fellas,
I'm new to this forum and I apologize if this question has been covered already - but I couldn't find anything about Camillus' "Rough Cut" stockman in the forum searches I tried recently. These are pretty good looking knives, but I a little leary as they do not have a tang stamp... Has anyone purchased one, and if so, what did you think of it. How do they compare to a Schrade 885UH?

I am just about to buy a few and I appreciate any insight you may have.

hi, this is just my opinion , but i placed an order for the 4 with different handles and the place went out of business, and their add stated all poly bagged which means usually seconds, but still good knives.Their good knives , with a little flaw here and there, the ones ive seen have the rough cut etch but no stamp. Its a decent knife for the money.thanks.

hello , i have a few of the these rough cuts , and rough cut is a good description ! A good knife but not the same quality as say a 885 uh! There are about the same size . The Camillus' "Rough Cut" would make a very good EDC
I hope this helps!

I have two of these Stockman patterns, one is your standard delrin brown jigged bone handle but the other has a neatfine ridged yellow handle and its a decent knife that sees some use............I love the fine ridges on the delrin esp with the bright yellow!
Sharpened up nicely and is a good user!
