I have read others write about the great service from Camillus but didnt know how exceptional the service really is until I made a mistake. I was taking apart my Camillus EDC, the best factory knife(for the money)there is, for a cleaning. I stripped out the head of two screws. It was my fault not Camillus. I emailed Will Fennel at Camillus about my problem. He personally called me and said to send it back and they will take care of my knife. NO PROBLEM. That is the best service I have ever received from any company. Guess what brand my next knife purchase will be
