I have read others write about the great service from Camillus but didnt know how exceptional the service really is until I made a mistake. I was taking apart my Camillus EDC, the best factory knife(for the money)there is, for a cleaning. I stripped out the head of two screws. It was my fault not Camillus. I emailed Will Fennel at Camillus about my problem. He personally called me and said to send it back and they will take care of my knife. NO PROBLEM. That is the best service I have ever received from any company. Guess what brand my next knife purchase will be.

Your next knife purchase will be a.....Camillus? If I'm right, what do I win?.

BTW...So far I only have 1 Camillus knife, (a Cuda CQB-1...I LOVE that "fighting-knife"!), but I'll soon have a 154CM EDC "on the way" from a trade!.

That is great to hear. I have never had to have any communication with Will over the quality of his products, but it is still comforting to hear of your experience.

I had a similar recent experience with MOD, where I asked advice about the size of a very small screw on the new Dieter CQD Mark II. I received a prompt and courteous reply from Jim Ray himself.

These companies really do care about our concerns and seem genuinely responsive.

In an era of perceived corporate detachment we are very lucky to be in the golden age of the "knifeknuts".

Camillus is a wonderful company to deal with. They've done a lot for our country, which still means something to many of us.
Made in America, by Americans, since 1876.
