THe sheath for the TALON is made by the same good folks that make the CQB1 sheath for us, BLADE-TECH. THe TALON sheath does come with the TEK-LOK, but DOES NOT come with an IWB loop. That being said, an IWB loop would certainly work with that sheath, we just didn't intend the TALON as a concealment knife. IF you get a TALON and still think you want that option, drop me an email, we can work something out for you
