I had a warranty issue with my CUDA MAXX, and had to send it back to Camillus. I just received my replacement, and it's perfect. Thanks Camillus! You've restored my trust. If any of you have a warranty issue, follow the instructions that come with the knife. Call Wendy at the customer service number and she'll keep you posted on how it's progressing. ;)
