Camillus/Uncle Henry

I noticed that Smokey Mountian knife works has some Camillus slipjoints with Uncle Henry scales. What does this mean? Is there a connection between Camillus and Schrade?

I wondered the same thing. I think the catalog even called it an "Uncle Henry" staglon or something like that. They are both good knives and good companies with great costomer service.
