Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum. I tried a search and found nothing, so I figure it's worth a shot. A buddy of mine was given a Camillus United States Marshals Service knife, in new condition, in the original box. Any information as of value, quantity produced, etc. would be appreciated. I did a "google" search and found nothing. Thanks for any help.

Our Camillus factory guys will probably be here Monday to answer your question.

Just a comment. There are plenty of great references concerning Schrade knives, and I've got a good book about Cattaraugus products. Easy to find info on Remington and Case blades. But very difficult to find things out about Camillus knives, the various models over the ages, things like that. I do hope the Camillus Collectors Cub will help raise conscousness about this great old American brand. In the meantime, Tom Williams is always extremely helpful here in this forum.

But I could be missing something... is there a very good Camillus reference book out there somewhere?

Phil

Duck900,
Welcome to Bladeforums and the Camillus Forum. If I am thinking correctly that was an SFO for Smokey Mountain Knife Works. Made in approx. 2001. I don't have the exact production number but an educated guess would be about 2000 (+/-500). Value about $40.00 mint.
