I thought this knife might be of interest to you.I have a friend in upstate NY that went to the Camillus auction sale and picked up a bunch of knives. It was quite a site to see all the knives and parts and pieces he said.I would have liked to have gone, but at the same time,it was a very sad day im sure we all agree. He said SMKW bought the major portion of everything. But he and his partner bought quite a lot.He sent me a few of these trappers.Very nice with brass bolsters, delrin scales. They were unfinished only in the fact they were missing a small shield of some type behind the main shield. He had me put a mosaic pin in there to fill the hole and look somewhat nice so he could sell them better perhaps.Im a trader and would rather have a good knife than cash any ole day so thats how i ended up with a few of these. In this one,i fitted a piece of turquoise in the hole.It looks pretty nice ,but i did smooth the delrin a bit finishing it.DOH!Blades walk and talk with nice factory edges.Oh,did i mention this is a giveaway?Open to all traditional pattern lovers.Just pick the number i have written down next to my recliner here in my living room/high level executive office and its all yours. This is a shortie so 1-100 should do.Ill end this with the winning pick or closest pick monday morning. If it does happen to go over 100,just pick your fav and ill come up with another knife if more than one winner.

A sad day indeed. Thanks for the chance Seals!!

I'll go with 37.

I always hate to see good American companies go bust. Thanks for the chance. I'll take lucky #21.

I think your addition to the handle looks fine.

A little history here with a knife with an interesting story all its own.

Of course, I'll take #95.

Thanks,
dan
