So I got home yesterday from work and my son was especially excited to see me. I opened the door and he had placed a white mailing tube right in the doorway so I would damn near trip over the thing. I knew what it was.

Jeremy all I can say is this Camp 2 is one hell of a knife and I am very happy with this beast. I have 10" choppers already, but the 8" on my Camp is just right. I actually could wear this on a belt. It is well balanced, feels great in the hand, and yes it is one hell of a chopper (first thing I did). Excellent, excellent job my friend. I appreciate the great communication and updates, pictures, etc., etc. I look forward to seeing the new steel that is coming out of the compound and ask that you put me on the list for the Horton winter beanies, cause its starting to damn cold, damn quick up here in Michigan.

You truly are an artist man. Thank you.

Steve you got a great knife there! Great work J. Steve talking about cold we are suppose to get our first measurable amount of snow tommorrow up here!You ever get up to da UP look me up and we will put some Horton knives to work!

What did your son think about it
 
My son was pretty pumped for sure. He is way into guns and knives especially and he saw some pictures that J sent. At seven he is on the right track. I have a SAK that has like a 1" blade that is "his" knife when we go hiking.

Mike I get up that way 3-4 times are year and I would enjoy working the Hortons.
