I made the straight blade with the idea of a camp knife in mind. It is based loosely on a kershaw model (very loosely). now that it is done (minus the sheath) it looks like a kitchen knife. The steel is a bit thick for kitchen duty, more suited for outdoors work. It does have a nice hamon, I think my best hamon so far.

This will, someday, be moved to the for sale area once I get a sheath made. Now it is just for lookin'.

Hasn't got the usual rugged knife look of yours but still looks very useable, and good size both blade and handle, IMO :thumbup:

I like the version of filework, nice!
 
It was a variance from what I normally do. I like it, but wish that I could make the hamon show up better in the pictures. It is really bold in reality. I am still working on the whole picture thing.
