I just found this demo film by cottage maker "Tinney" of Minibull designs. He isn't reviewing one of his products (alcohol stoves, ovens etc.), but a small lightweight skillet from Wal-Mart/K-mart! About six dollars, less than six ounces weight.

I've been leaving my aluminum camping skillets at home because they are too heavy for light-load overnight hiking trips. And I understand that titanium skillets are prone to having "hot spot" problems (besides being expensive). I'm going to get one of these "one egg" skillets and try it out.
T-Fal One Egg Wonder Pan
Product Information:
Shipping Weight (in pounds): 0.4 (4 1/2 ounces by weight)
4-3/4" diameter pan perfectly fits one egg
Durable nonstick coating on the interior and exterior for easy clean-up
Heavy-gauge aluminum construction for excellent heat conduction
Oven-safe to 350F
Ergonomically-designed phenolic handle stays cool and is riveted for durability
Hanging hole on handle
Dishwasher-safe
Includes manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty
This video shows making pizza in the pan.
This video shows baking biscuits in it.
