To my eyes this blade is just begging to be shown off at the
next black powder or cowboy action shooting event.

Blade steel is 1/4" O1. Blade is selectively hardened and has
undergone deep (LN2) cryogenics. Cutting edge is Rc59. Blade is 7" and the OAL
is 12 5/8". Blade is satin finished. Knife weighs 19.6oz including sheath.

Handle is select grade Maccassar Ebony. Handle features red
fiber liners throughout. Handle also features two 17 part mosaic pins and
stainless steel thong hole liner. Ebony has a hand rubbed Danish Oil finish.

Sheath is 7oz vegetable tanned leather. Sheath features hand
tooling on front and back. Sheath is hand saddle stitched for long wear. Sheath
has a three tone finish of black, burgundy and saddle tan. Sheath will fit up to
a 3" cartridge belt.

What a beautiful knife! I love the temper line.

It looks like it has sort of a Hossomesque flair...excellent work.

that's a fantasticly good looking knife, is this going to become one of your standard models?

That's as nice a knife as I have seen from you Ron. Wonderful grinds and beautiful lines. I love the temper line and the sheath is stunning. If you can't tell, I really, really like this knife.

I like the way you included the thumbnails too. Nice touch.

Thanks for all the kind words.

The Camp/Fighter has been a regular fixture in my line up for almost a year now. They are normally offered in ATS-34, this is the first O1 offering. I really like the warm patina of the O1, stainless can be so sterile at times.

Not sure if any more will be offered anytime soon. It will all depend on the response I recieve on this one.

The C/F is currently undergoing a design overhaul. I am going to open up the handle a bit and slightly change the handle shape. The current handle design can cramp large hands. Also it will now be offered in S30V. I am putting ATS on the back shelf. The new "Killer Vs" are just too darn hot not to use.

Oooooh! Very nice. You don't often get to see a temper line on a hard-nosed Fighter. Ron, I just love your O-1. As cool as it looks with the temper, it works even better. Damn stuff takes a KILLER edge and holds it a good, long time.

You have certainly given me the itch again, hope you have something for me soon to scratch it with ;)

That's a BEAUTY!!!!! Awesome sheath too!!!

It makes me want to order some carbon steel :)

Neil, thanks for the comment. I have always admired your work. Your sense of style and form blow me away.

Blademan, soon very soon.
